Kelley Engineering Center was a LEED Gold building built in 2006 for the Department of Engineering. In 2017 it was determined the energy savings goals were not being met and SEG teamed up with Oregon State University and the Energy Trust of Oregon to undergo a building optimization effort, also known as re-commissioning. SEG was responsible for the energy analysis for ETO incentives, as well as assistance throughout the implementation work. The final project is targeting the electric savings of 32% and steam savings of 38%
