Doernbecher Children's Hospital was built in 1926 for the Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU). In 2015, a major addition was added to the building to add a iMRI surgery suite with a new dedicated air handling unit. The addition allowed OHSU to put all surgery suites on the new air handler which allowed enhanced optimization to the existing air handling units. SEG was responsible for energy analysis for ETO incentives as well as assistance throughout the implementation work. The final project is targeting electric savings of 9% and steam savings of 7%
